For information regarding your outstanding violation(s), you will need to contact Omnibase Services at 1-800-686-0570 or by visiting www.texasfailuretoappear.com.

You will need to contact the court to resolve the offense. If you have been reported by more than one court, you will have to contact each court.

NOTE: The court has five business days to forward the clearance once the violation is resolved; please allow another three to five business days for the Department to update your driver license record.
