Registration process
Texas Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) who wish to acquire and or retain 1033 Program excess property must be registered and currently authorized to use the 1033 Program on an annual bases. In order to stay current LEAs must have a current application filed with Texas and the Law Enforcement Support Office. Below are links to the only allowed forms.
