On December 18, 2013, at approximately 11:40AM, the Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division, along with members of the United States Marshals Service North Texas Fugitive Task Force, located CARMONA in a detached room outside a residence in Dallas, Texas. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Dallas County Jail.
