Details: Gus Matthew SOTO was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives program on March 28, 2013. He was wanted for Parole Violation and Aggravated Robbery with Firearm.

Through investigative leads, police located and captured SOTO without incident on April 26, 2013, at a residence in Spring, Texas.

The arrest was not the result of a tip through the Texas Crime Stoppers tip line, so no reward will be paid.
