CAPTURE DETAILS:

Tommy Dale SELLS, Jr. was taken into custody on July 19, 2016, in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. SELLS was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive list on May 10, 2016.

Working with investigative information received from Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division (CID) and the US Marshals Service in Amarillo, members of the US Marshals Southwest Investigative Fugitive Task Force located and apprehended SELLS at a location in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

SELLS had been wanted since May 2013 for allegedly sexually assaulting two girls under the age of 14 in Amarillo. SELLS was wanted out of Potter County (Amarillo) for two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child under 14 and two counts of Indecency with a Child - Contact.

SELLS is currently in custody at the Sandoval County Detention Center in New Mexico.

The arrest was not the result of tip information received, so no reward will be paid.
