Donald Jack ROBERTSON, II, added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive list on September 21, 2015, was taken into custody on November 23, 2015, in Portland, Oregon. Working off tip information, the U.S. Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force coordinated with the U.S. Marshals Service in Oregon, to locate and apprehend ROBERTSON. He was the featured fugitive of the month (November 2015) for the Texas 10 Most Wanted Program.

ROBERTSON had been wanted since 2011 for allegedly sexually assaulting two children in Lamar County.

On July 8, 2011, Lamar County issued warrants for ROBERTSON's arrest for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, multiple counts of Sexual Assault of a Child, and multiple counts of Indecency with a Child - Sexual Contact. ROBERTSON was also wanted for Bail Jumping and Fail to Appear.

ROBERTSON is currently incarcerated in the Multnomah County Jail in Oregon awaiting extradition back to Texas.

The arrest was the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers and a reward will be paid.
