Law enforcement agencies, district and county attorneys, district and county clerks, adult and juvenile probation and parole officers, and judges will find this conference information valuable.

To register for the conference, click on Register Online or complete the registration form and fax to the CJIS Field Support Unit at 512-424-7789. Registration forms will also be accepted by mail at DPS CJIS MSC 0231 PO Box 4143 Austin, TX 78765-4143. Incomplete registration forms will be returned. Registration must be completed by October 31, 2011. Confirmation letters will be mailed to the address provided on the registration form.
Omni Southpark Reservations
A limited number of rooms are available at the Omni Southpark. Room rates reflect the state travel rate, currently $85 for single occupancy and $115 for double occupancy plus taxes, fees and assessments of 15% currently (subject to change). All hotel reservations will be confirmed by the Omni Southpark directly with the guest. Please state that you are with the "DPS 2011 Criminal Justice Information System Conference" to receive the state room rate. The reservation deadline is Wednesday, November 9, 2011. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card supplied at the time of reservation. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival or will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee. Please make your own room reservations. DPS is not responsible for any reservations or cancellations.
Substitutions will be accepted for participants who cannot attend with written notice only. The deadline for substitutions is November 7, 2011.
You will be given an attendance card with your registration packet upon arrival at the hotel. At the close of each session, the instructor will initial your card verifying your attendance. The attendance card is your responsibility and duplicate cards cannot be issued. You will receive training credit for those sessions attended and initialed by the instructor. Your attendance card will be collected at the end of the conference. Attendance cards will not be accepted by mail.
