Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP)
Authorized by Section 404 of the amended Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to provide post disaster statewide FEMA funding for eligible mitigation projects submitted in accordance with the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Unified Guidance and the 44 CFR § 206.430.
