Coordination Program
Executive Steering Committee - Serves in an advisory capacity, providing recommendations to the Texas Department of Public Safety, regarding operational aspects of the State Network. Members include:
- Sheriffs’ Association;
- Police Chiefs’ Association;
- County Judges and Commissioners Association;
- Texas Association of Broadcasters;
- Association of Regional Councils;
- Texas Department of Transportation;
- Office of the Governor;
- Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services;
- Alzheimer’s Association (Texas Chapter);
- Texas Department of State Health Services; and
- Texas Department of Public Safety.
After-Action Review Board - Meets regularly for internal reviews, regarding past activations of the State Network. Members include:
- National Weather Service;
- Texas Association of Broadcasters;
- Texas Department of Transportation;
- Office of the Governor;
- Texas Lottery Commission;
- U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation;
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection;
- Independent Bankers Association of Texas; and
- Texas Department of Public Safety.
Regional Coordinators Summit -Convenes once a year to facilitate communication and information sharing between regional program coordinators promoting a seamless statewide network.
