Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender Arrested in Dallas

AUSTIN – Willie L. Sullivan, 57, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, is now in custody after being arrested on Thursday in Dallas. Sullivan has a violent criminal history and was wanted for parole violation and failure to register as a sex offender. Sullivan was sentenced to prison in 1985 for the aggravated sexual assault of a 29-year-old woman in Dallas. 

Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Criminal Investigations Division agents located and arrested Sullivan at a Dallas convenience store. The North Texas Fugitive Task Force and Texas Attorney General’s Fugitive Apprehension Unit assisted in the arrest. The arrest was the result of a tip, and a reward up to $3,000 will be paid.  For more information, see the captured bulletin at:

So far in 2013, DPS and other agencies have arrested 18 Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives and Sex Offenders, including six gang members, and $26,500 in rewards has been paid for tips that resulted in arrests. The cash rewards are funded by the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division.
