Regions and UASIs start to enter projects in SPARS. |

Deadline for Applicants to Submit Eligibility Certification Forms. |

Deadline for Regions and UASIs to have all projects (without distribution information)
submitted in SPARS for review. |
| AUG 10 2012 |
Target Date for SAA to have all Eligibility Certification Forms fully processed and recorded in SPARS. |
| AUG 10 2012 |
Regions and UASIs begin entering distribution information. |
| SEP 7 2012 |
Deadline for Regions and UASIs to have all projects submitted with distributions in SPARS. (Note: SAA may delay final approval step (generation of SRA) until federal award is received and SAA has reviewed and approved all projects.) |

State received 2012 HSGP award from DHS. |
| OCT 01 2012 |
Date the SAA issued and emailed 2012 HSGP sub-recipient agreements
(Completed this prior to 45 day requirement by DHS).

Deadline for signed sub-recipient agreements to be returned to SAA (45 days from
SAA award). |
| NOV 30 2012 |
Deadline for sub-recipient to have entered their initial BSIR data in SPARS and obtain SAA approval (45 days from SAA award). |
| DEC 14 2012 |
Deadline for sub-recipient to enter Project Milestones for Approved 2012 Projects.
(*Sub-recipients shall enter Milestones in SPARS within 14 days after grant acceptance is “completed” in SPARS by the SAA.) |
| FEB 28 2013 |
Deadline for sub-recipient to submit 2012 project EHP Screening Forms to the SAA. |

Local = 17 Months
COGs = 20 Months
UASI Core Cities = 21 Months
