Circumstances: Kamiyah has an umbilical hernia and may be in need of medical attention due to her birth mother having tested positive for sickle cell anemia and strep-type B. She was abducted from her mother's hospital room at University Medical Center. The suspect, pretending to be a nurse, was in the room with the mother from 10:00 am until 3:00pm. At 3:00 pm, the suspect stated there was a problem with Kamiyah's temperature and left the room with the child indicating she would return within 20 minutes.
