In our effort to provide our customers with efficient and effective service, we have embarked on a campaign to provide a new and improved website to provide our customers with updated information about the Regulatory Services Division. We strive to provide you with the necessary tools to make your experience more user-friendly and to also provide an easy method to contact the agency. Our focus is to consolidate five legacy regulatory programs, which include: Private Security, Concealed Handgun Licensing, Metals Registration, Vehicle Inspection Services and Narcotics Registration, into one unified division that combines resources to license and regulate all of these programs.  Over the coming months the new site will be undergoing changes and improvements as we find new ways to better serve the citizens of Texas.  Please feel free to contact the Regulatory Services Division for further information or assistance with any of the listed programs.
