  • If your vehicle requires an ASM or TSI test, inspection stations displaying the
    Yellow Check Mark Yellow Check Mark, can perform your inspection.
  • ALL emissions inspection stations can perform OBDII inspections.

Notice to Motorists
Remember, you may take your vehicle to ANY inspection station, in ANY emissions county that performs the appropriate test for your vehicle. For example, if you require an OBDII test, than ANY emissions inspection station in any of the emissions counties, statewide, will be able to perform your inspection. If you require the ASM test, then only emissions inspection stations in the Houston/Galveston and DFW areas will be able to perform this test.

If your vehicle fails the annual inspection, you are eligible for a free re-test. To obtain the free re-test you must take your vehicle to the station that originally performed the inspection within 15 days of the original test.
